If you need technical assistance outside of normal business hours for your online courses then you can contact Online Course Support through Aelearn by clicking this link:
MIDWAY ONLINE COURSE SUPPORT
The technical services Aelearn offers:
- Email Support - Available 7 days a week - 24 hours a day. You can email them a description of your technical issue and you will receive a response regarding a timeframe for resolution
- Chat Support - You can chat with an online site consultant from 12:00PM to 12:00AM EST Monday through Friday
- Phone Support - The call center hours are from 12:00PM to 12:00AM EST Monday through Friday

Please note -- Neither Aelearn or IT has the authority to reset the exams or quizzes if interruption occurs. This is the responsibility of the instructor who is currently teaching the course. You will contact your instructor if this happens.
Accessing Moodle Courses:
There are three ways to access your online courses:
- http://www.midway.edu
- http://moodle.midway.edu
- http://www.midway.edu/ithelp
You will be directed to the Midway College Single Sign-on window. Type your username and password (same username/password for portal.midway.edu). Please note: You will be able to view your online course(s) on the Friday prior to the course start date. Happy Learning!
